The first round interview was a 45 min video call with 2 members of the campus recruiting team. Took about 2 weeks to hear back and then met with a manager. What I think was very unprofessional was the fact that after my interview with the manager and sending a thank you note, I never heard back from them. At least 3 weeks passed and had not heard back. I sent them the manager a message asking when I would hear back, they emailed me within minutes saying I wasn't moving forward. Don't understand how it took me to reach out for them to let me know I wasn't moving on. Not a great look.
