Typical interview process - recruiter screener, video interview with the hiring manager, video interview with a director. I found my communications with the teams to be transparent and pleasant until after the 3rd interview. I was told to expect an email the following week regarding a 4th interview only to be completely ghosted by the everyone. I tried reaching out several times. Weeks later I was finally sent the generic rejection letter from a mailing list. Extremely unprofessional from the doctor developer team especially considering the month of time and energy I spent with them.
