Contacted by a staffing firm for a remote contract position for 40 hours a week. Had a pre-screening and an interview with the small team I'd be working with. Interviewees were friendly and were interested in examples of work/projects I'd worked on. However, they passed me over due to concerns about being overqualified and becoming bored with the role.
