The interview process consisted of multiple stages, starting with a recruiter screen, followed by a hiring manager interview and an additional interview with an Associate Director. Each interview lasted approximately 30–45 minutes and focused on behavioral, operational, and strategic questions related to customer experience and team leadership.
After completing the last round, there was a period of little to no communication for nearly three weeks before I received a final decision via a generic rejection email with no feedback provided on my interviews.
The process ended with a generic rejection email and no meaningful feedback on my interviews. I was left with concerns about potential bias during the evaluation process based on my experience as a candidate.

Interview
Phone call from HR, 1 hour take home excel test and then ghosted after being offered a google meets interview.
I gave my availability to HR and after following up promptly asking about why I had not received an interview time I was ghosted. This is an extremely negative candidate experience and my opinions are exact same as the other review for this exact same position.
I suspect this is an on going company culture issue as others have experienced similar issues with being ghosted by talent acq.
