I have applied for the position of Product Analyst for the DACH market. In short, the interview process was very fast, enjoyable and challenging with constant feedback. I'd like to mention that the talent acquisition team did an impressive work despite all the challenges related to the pandemic being always available, transparent and most of all turning the whole remote interview set-up still enjoyable and fun! (They make you feel from day one that that's where you want to be!) The full process took around 3 weeks from application to offer. It started with a screening from to validate my profile followed by a technical interview and two cultural fit interviews with senior leadership and the team. For the technical interview I was challenged with a SQL assessment test and the preparation/analysis of a business case. The interview then consisted in validating/presenting the exercises and to assess product knowledge. Both the exercises were challenging and a very good proxy of what the job requires in terms of technical and soft skills, attitude and knowledge. Besides all of the previous, the whole process was very smooth. Feedback was provided always after each step and I was kept always informed about the next steps and timeframes.
