In the beginning the process was a little slow, feedback after the first contact came after 3 weeks, the same after the second feedback after the test. But when I proceeded with the interviews feedback came very quickly and the whole handling from interview 1 - interview 3 and final negotiations were done after two weeks. Between the tests and the interviews the HR person also provided a process overview PDF which helped a lot to overview the whole process.
