Had the telephone interview which was very thorough and lady was friendly and made me feel comfortable to answer the questions. Got through to second stage interview which was face to face with the manager and then the head of the department and the culture interview was quite informal yet it was difficult to answer as it does not relate to your job role you applied for, so a challenging interview on second stage but good to have experience. However, you do not really know what they are looking for in terms of culture, i did not get a call back to be informed of their decision nor get any feedback which is a shame as feedback on my interview performance would be very helpful.
