The interview process was quick. I had a total of 4 interviews within 2 weeks. The first was a standard phone screen, followed by an interview with the hiring manager, then with a role who was more junior, then with the VP. In all interviews, I was absolutely grilled with technical questions (even the final). They then made me wait a week and I was notified that I was declined an offer via a non-personal email. After the investment of time spent interviewing with this company I was extremely disappointed in how unprofessional they were. That should of been a phone call with prepared feedback as to why the decline. Fix the process, because top talent wants to work for a company who treats their employees with respect. Ultimately, I think I dodged a bullet.
