At the beginning of the application process, there was an interview with the usual interview questions, such as what motivated me to apply. In the second step, a case study was then forwarded for processing. The third interview was then about the case study, why one made certain decisions, etc. The job interviewers were all very open and communicative and answered all personal questions as well as possible.
