Several online interviews back to back. They explained there's been a lot of turnover. It seems like they're at a point where they're trying to bring in external talent because it's almost all still people who have been there since the beginning, but they're having a hard time doing so since their stock price keeps falling and is very low. The recruiter gave a detailed outline of what each interviewer would focus on, but none of them followed it. Some interviewers were late. The feedback I received was detailed but did not make sense. They have had several positions at this level in the same department posted for 6+ months. It seems their process isn't great and maybe their standards are unrealistic/odd.
Overall not great process.
