HelloFresh Social Media Manager interview questions

Interviewed with two different people, the first one was great but the second one was much harder. The second interviewer didn't have a direct affiliation with the role which was a bit confusing. They answered most questions but didn't clearly answer my question about how they would describe their work culture. I don't think they understood the question completely. They ended up going in a different direction and I think hiring someone internally.

I applied for the job online and was immediately invited to a video call. The email correspondence was friendly and well organized. I had a good feeling and was looking forward to the talk which immediately changed once it started. I was interviewed by the HR lady in charge and another person who I would work with closely. Both of them seemed stressed (kind of pissed) and weren’t friendly at all. For some reason my camera didn’t work but theirs was still on, so I could see at least one of them. During talking about my experiences I saw the HR lady rolling her eyes and doing her thumb down. They obviously forgot about the camera. It is ok when I didn’t fit the profile, but this move was absolutely a No Go! Right at this moment they failed as a professional employer. I kept on doing the interview but the day after I cancelled my interest in the job position. For me an interview is always going both sides and obviously this wasn’t a match.
