I called in regarding a recruiting position I saw posted online. I had a good first call with the person who answered the phone. She was new, but said so far, so good. She invited me in for an interview.
I interviewed in person, very informally. I was concerned that the office had so many open desks and I only saw 2 people in the office the whole time I was there.
My interviewer said this is great, I think you would be a great fit. You have a lot to offer our company. She was going to pass my resume on to the hiring manager.
Well, unfortunately, there was ZERO professional feedback after that. No replies to phone calls, emails or even a call back when I spoke to the person I interviewed with, who told me she would call me back with feedback.
All I can say is a very unprofessional company with no regard for their candidates.

Quick, they spend more time trying to sell you on the role. You do a phone interview, in-person with branch manager, and then one with the VP. They made me come on site to offer me the job.
