Henkel Associate PD Operations Coordinator interview questions

had an interview remotely in early December, manager never showed. I followed up with HR and they said that he is OOO until January. I rescheduled my interview, it lasted 10 minutes and it seemed like I was a great fit. I was told they'd get back to me, and I heard nothing. I followed up mid-February, and was told that I'm still considered and they'd get back to me after they completed interviews. I heard nothing back, even after following up. and I received an automated email on march 17th (3 months after my scheduled interview) that said "Thank you for applying for the "PD Operations Coordinator" (25088740) position at Henkel. Many thanks for taking part in our online test. Unfortunately, based on the result we cannot consider your application in the further process. We wish you all the best for your professional and personal future and thank you for your interest in our company." This job market is horrible and nothing is worse than getting ghosted after this hiring process. And second of all, there was no online test.
