The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Henkel (Rocky Hill, CT) in Feb 2012
Interview
The first round was with four of their employees from various business divisions. They asked very straight forward questions about myself and my resume. Only got one brain teaser, "how many white cars are their in the state of CT."
The second round was a little bit more intense. I sat with one of their new associates and their VP of finance. I felt somewhat like I was being grilled but it was still a very reasonable interview.
The first stage was a 30 minute phone screening with a hiring manager. Then a 45 minute panel interview with 4 employees ranging from analysts to senior managers. Entirely behavioral and resume based. Heard back a couple days after panel interview.
