I applied online and heard back two weeks ago to schedule a phone screening with HR. I was asked about the company and my background. At the end of the phone call I was told I would hear back after a week whether they would proceed with a virtual interview with the hiring manager. Unfortunately, I didn’t hear back and sent a follow up email which was ignored. I sent another follow up email the week after which was also ignored. I received a generic rejection email.
