Henry M. Jackson Foundation Program Manager II interview questions

After 4 interviews (roughly 1-1.5 hours each interview), going through 2-3 recruiters at HJF during the process and waiting for almost 2 months for an answer on the status of the interview/position, this was a waste of my time. Not competitive at all and it's clear that both the turnover and burnout rates are high. I asked questions about work culture and work life balance which weren't received well.
