2. Hiring Manager: round #2 phone interview 30min
3. Panel: round #3 skype interview 1hr.
All questions were related with the job description. The panel of 4 seemed unprepared to interview. One of the managers looked like he just rolled out of bed. Seemed to me they wanted to check the box and moved on. On a positive note the whole process was fast and quick around 2 weeks.

First round: Interview with recruiter. 30 minutes
Second round: interview with the hiring manager. 30 minutes
Third round: panel of 4 for almost an hour Via Skype.
Got a follow up pretty fast on the whole process.
