I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Hertz (New York, NY) in Jun 2013
Interview
Conversational interview, pretty easy going. Mainly asked about experiences and ideas. Also gave a description of the job and benefits. Nothing like what I expected. No questions on knowledge of the company or business, but an overall positive experience. Hiring manager seems very optimistic about company growth.

Question 1
What ideas have you came up with and implemented and how
It was pretty simple. The first interview was a phone interview with a lower level HR person basically just to go over salary and stuff to make sure you're okay with what they're offering, then in-person interview with the area manager, then HR again. Then a drug test.
