Structured interview process. Interviewer was friendly and knowledgeable. The recruiter doesn’t get back to you regardless of outcome which can be frustrating when interviewing with the company. Initial screening went smooth with HR. Next round of interview was with the hiring manager. The last round was a panel type interview.
