The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Hertz (Estero, FL) in Dec 2024
Interview
First contact was with Recruiter, with virtual a meeting. Next interview step was a follow up teams meeting with Manager hiring for the position. Manager advised the next step would be a skills evaluation test and onsite interview. There was not another contact from the recruiter or the manager. Followup on the website regarding the application then reflected the interviews being deleted. This came across as unprofessional. A simple email response stating that the company chose to go in a different direction or hired someone else would have the respectable next step to end the process
