I applied to Hertz and heard back from a recruiter the same day. She set up an interview for me and even called the morning of to check if I had any questions. The interview with the manager went really well—he made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions. Unfortunately, I didn’t get the job, but the recruiter followed up and told me about other opportunities in the area. I appreciate that because it seems like most places will ghost you afterwards. Between my experience with the team and the awesome feedback I’ve heard from someone I know who works there, I’m still excited about the chance to work at Hertz.
