It is a lenghty process! Depending on position you will have 2-4 interviews (some may be phone, but mostly in-person). These interviews are typically done with multiple people at varying levels in the organization. There are multiple tests including the wonderlic and accuplacer and again, depending on position, a personality test. They will complete a reference check and background check. If there is a training available for this position they may postpone your start date to align. Unfortunately, the process is lengthy even for applying for an entry-level position.
