Very lengthy interview comprised of 3 or 4 phone interviews and also an in person interview. I ended up getting offered the position. After being told I was able to negotiate, I attempted to and they pulled their offer. This was incredibly disappointing, however I do think that shows a lot about an organization not being able to move forward with a negotiation with a potential employee.
