As this was a graduate position, I had the interview directly with the hiring manager, who called me and appointed a face to face interview. With her, I talked about the job tasks and day-to-day. After that I had to talk to human resources about the conditions. Some days later I received a new call from the hiring manager, who told me I would receive an offer by e-mail.

Very respectful and high level executive. We discuss my work experience. Part of the interview was to make a ppt, and present it to them. I think this is the key to the role, and where they take a lot of attention.
