First round quite simple, 1 hour interview over past experiences. Applied for lead Devops consultant lead, after interview got a call to say they would see me again but was told for level 3. After the second interview I got a call to say they will offer me level 1 at 20k less my current base salary.
If I had known they would have offered less and the lowest level I would have never gone to the second interview.
Left with bad feeling about company and how it's run
