Got call via Naukri.com. Scheduled interview in the next day after some stupid programming screening questions from the contacted person. Interview was nice and smooth. It was indeed a nice discussion. Interviewer seems to be satisfied at the end. It's been two weeks but unfortunately didn't hear back even after follow up mail.
Candidates invest their time, energy and a hope to get a better opportunity for an interview. Recruiter should understand that too. Atleast place one liner feedback like 'you are not selected for further process'.

The interview process was very good. We had 2 technical rounds and 1 managerial round and 1 HR round. Both the technical rounds comprised of coding and domain knowledge of networking.
