The first step was a phone interview concerns: accademic studies, motivation and some questions about your organizational skills, time management, etc.. The following step is a second call, preferable on skype whit the hiring manager and the team leader of the team, when you are supposed to work after the entire recruiting process. In the second interview they asked me questions concerned the position, problem solving, ability to work under pressure and some tricky exercise to solve.
