Applied, and then received an email saying my application was not being considered for the role. Weirdly then called out of the blue on my mobile for a screening interview with HR, who asked me what my salary expectations were etc. Interview with hiring manager and HR business partner was then scheduled. Interview was lots of "situational" questions. It was very difficult to build any kind or rapport with the hiring manager as he just stared blankly at the screen. It was actually quite awkward. Needless to say, I didnt hear back about the outcome of my application within a week, so i had to email the HR business partner who didn't respond but asked a different HR person to call me to give me the rejection. Quite a chaotic process.
