I wanted to share some honest feedback regarding my interview experience today. I was very much looking forward to the opportunity and invested significant time and effort to reach this stage. Unfortunately, there were several issues that left me feeling quite disappointed:
The location of the Israel hub was confusing — it operates under a different name than HPE, which led me to arrive at the wrong place multiple times. Only on my fourth attempt did I realize I was in the correct location.
The interviewers originally scheduled for the meeting did not attend, and instead, two other individuals conducted the interview.
There was no introduction to the company, the team, or the product. I expected to learn more about what you do, but aside from personal introductions, nothing about the company was shared.
The interview lasted nearly two hours, despite being scheduled for one hour. This affected my schedule and felt inconsiderate of my time.
The interview content seemed much more relevant for a developer role rather than a managerial one, which raised questions about alignment with the position I applied for.
The invitation email lacked a contact person or phone number, which made it difficult for me to find the place or ask for help when needed.
