Intense, multilayered plus a written portion. Lots of managers, multiple people within the organization, HR people, and the US CEO too. Finally required a physical as well. It took a long time and even when I accepted the role I needed to wait 5 weeks to report to the new job.

The interview included a standardized aptitude test, which was rated by an independent contractor.
Recruiter was not very helpful and gave wrong information about the salary negotiation. Th e role standout, but the process was confusing. I had no interview with the HR, then 3 interviews with the team. Company has a lot to improving.
