Great people but ridiculously long interview process, 7+ weeks and 5 interviews. Seems very micro-managed as they don't trust their hiring managers to make decisions. In this market they really need to streamline their process.

They ask you to do presentation deck as the final interview.
Meeting with the Head of the function to discuss background, career goals, the role in detail and my suitability to the key criteria. The interview was friendly, but thorough and required behavioural based responses. The team were friendly and engaging outside of the interview setting.

I am very interested in joining this company based on online reviews and over-all brand in the space Have had 3 interviews and a personality assessment. Pretty standard stuff. Delightful HR folks. Considering the size and complexity of this company I figured it would be much more stringent. Expecting a job offer soon.
