I met the managing director at the third interview. He looks incredibly toxic and violent.
Here are the red flags:
1) I'm in the room with the managing director and account director. We wait for a third person, the project manager. She comes in, I say hi and the managing director looks at me and says "Hey, it's not only ugly guys working for this company right ? hahahaha"
2) I left my former employer, travelled and received professional trainings for a few months before applying again. The managing director complained and asked about my relationship with employment.
3) They asked to work 50-55 hours a week in place of 40.
4) At the first interview, the account director asked me if I'm someone dominant. (After meeting the managing director, I believe it's because he stamps on everyone in the company)
5) At the end of the interview, the managing director states it's been almost an hour and has to go. He looks at his two colleagues and state: "You! and you! in my office after the meeting!" while pointing at them.
This place does not look safe. I believe it's because of the working culture created by the managing director.
