Interview
I was shortlisted for the interview process at Hexagon in Hyderabad office.
The process had following rounds:
1. Written Test
2. Technical Round
3. Managerial Round(Better call it as TR-2)
4. HR Round
My Experience:
1. Written Test:
15 applicants have attended this test. The question paper had 30 questions for which we were given 45 mins to solve. We expect the general aptitude questions in any written test but this test was completely different. Majority(13 out of 30) of the questions were from geometry which were tough to answer. The other 17 out of 30 can be easily solved.
Out of 15 only 5 of us were shortlisted for round-2.
2. Technical Round:
This was 1:1 interview. This round went for 60-70 mins.
Though they are calling it technical round, this round mainly focused on analytical skills and problem solving skills. The interviewer posed few geometry questions, logical questions and puzzles and asked me to solve. The interviewer was very patient and waited until we give him the answer(If we fail to give an answer, he himself explained the solution).
No question related to my academics or my project work were asked in this round.
Out 5, only two(including me) were sent for the next round.
3. Managerial Round:
This was 1:1 interview. This round went for 30-40 mins.
This round was similar to round-2 and the interviewer asked the similar questions.
Even in this round, no question related to my academics or my project work were asked.
Unfortunately, none of us were able to clear the 3rd round.
4. HR Round:
Since I didn't attend this round, I am not sure what will we asked in this round.

All the geometry questions asked in the interview were unexpected. We need lot of theorems to solve the asked questions.
