Initial interview is a pretty standard phone interview with some basic questions concerning past experience. In-person interview consists of putting together a presentation about professional/academic experience to HR and engineers. Then you are rotated through a couple groups of interviewees asking different technical and behavioral questions. The questions tended to be more behavioral.
