I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Hexcel (Casa Grande, AZ) in Mar 2023
Interview
Interview process was long. I was contacted for the first time and that was the normal screening to learn more about me and my previous experience, then about a week later we schedule my first interview via Zoom whit the recruiter. 3 months later recruiter contacted me again for On site interview, which included a tour through the plant, a panel interview, a presentation prepared by me of a previous project in a previous job, and a lunch with the Engineering Team. Same week I was contacted by recruiter asking for references, and a week later they sent me a contingent Job offer. they still checked my back ground and perform Medical and drug screen. Once all that was good, they submit the official offer with the salary base which I negotiated. I started working after 6 weeks of my On site Interview (around 4 months after first contact) in the best company I have ever worked for. Important to mention that I had a job during this process, otherwise I probably ha choose a different company due to the need.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Previous experience, work ethic, values, technical questions, leadership skills.
Round table interview with 2 groups of 3-4 interviewers. Pretty common interview questions, they are looking more for personality and "fit" in this interview. There are a couple of phone interviews prior to the face-to-face, so if you've made it this far you are technically sound for the job, this is to see if you mesh with the team.

Interview
One formal in-person interview with Plant Manager and HR Manager. Had a mix of expected and unexpected questions, honestly thought it didn't go very well because it was a bit intimidating but I was just overthinking it.
