I applied for this trainee position(Iserlohn) in February 2016. I didn't hear anything from the company. So I searched the company's career portal again. On the website I noticed that there was another chemical engineer trainee position in Duisburg. As there was no news from the company, I applied the trainee position(Duisburg) again on May 9th. Ten days later I was informed by an E-mail, inviting me to their company in Duisburg to have the interview. There was only one round of the interview. The interviewers were from different countries such as USA, Holland and Germany. The interview was divided into four rounds, mainly about yourself, your achievements and your technical backgrounds. Before the interview, the representative of the company introduced the company to the candidates shortly with a presentation. And then the candidates introduced themselves individually. There were three candidates. When one person was having the presentation, the other two were asked to answer a short intellectual question in another room. Each candidate was assigned to a different sequence of the interview. Four groups asked you questions in turn. After that, the interview was over. It took about ten days for the company to inform you the result.
