First, I had to go through an online interview on a virtual interview platform app that involved me answering to about 6 questions and then there was a short prep time and then 1 to 2 minutes to film myself talking. Most of the questions were HR. I got pass this round and headed to the headquarter in Columbus to meet initially with 3 other people but one cancelled it off. They did not ask all technical questions, but rather, a good mix between HR and technical ones. Some HR questions overlap with what I was asked in the online interview. (what do you expect from working here, why are you in Chemical Engineering, how do you think about volunteering). Technical questions are not that hard just mediocre, I guess it's because we don't do much as a co-op (excel, communicating)
