The process entailed three separate interviews. I first spoke with a recruiter over the phone. The second interview was also over the phone but was much more in depth and this time with a manager of the position. The third and final interview included the HR manager, position manager from the second interview and CIO. During the final interview I was asked to complete a writing assessment, share a prepared brief presentation and answer questions from the panel.
