Interview
The interview process was very specific. You had to show up at a location and time and they interviewed groups of people at a time. The whole process was very good and professional. They sent mass emails about when and where to show up. The security was heavy at the facility so someone had to bring you in and out. Once you were in the facility you could not leave unless it was an emergency.
