First interview was a telephone screening interview. The second interview was a face to face interview in Edmonton with the hiring manager. This portion of the interview went really well. The third interview was another telephone interview with the hiring manager and HR. They asked questions about about my previous experience at prior position and why i feel I would be a good fit for the job. They also asked a number of behavior question. They got back to me a week later with an offer, I countered the offer. They came back agreeing with the asking compensation and start date.
