This is a recruiting agency from India. I would encourage you to stay away unless you like being frustrated with poor communication skills and missed appointments. I was contacted by one of them after I reached out on LinkedIn regarding a position that was posted. They asked me to answer a few questions related to my experience with adult learning, my pay rate, as well as my availability for a call to discuss the position further. I responded to their questions within 30 minutes, but did not hear back from them. I then followed up via LinkedIn the next day and asked if they are still planning on contacting me. Three and a half hours later they finally responded and gave me 25 minutes notice for an upcoming screening call. The call never came and I waited over 30 minutes after their scheduled appointment time. They then called me shortly after, and oddly avoided talking about the missed appointment. I let them know that my time is valuable and they need to do a better job rescheduling or communicating with candidates if they are not able to make an appointment. When I asked questions about the role, they could not answer and were simply reading off the job description. They said they would follow up with me to confirm if they could submit my profile based on my timeline, but I never heard back. Their lack of professionalism and communication made me lose interest in the position especially since this was for a contract role paying only $32/hour, which most experienced trainers don’t even bother with.
