It was a strange process. I applied for a Lead Carpenter position. I did a phone interview. Then Highmark contacted me to do an in-person interview for a position I did not apply for. A couple of days later, I was asked if I would be interested in another position I had not applied for. Since I had not heard back about the first interview yet, I declined.
