Pre-arranged scheduled appointment for telephone interview, with candidate able to select the interview time slots between 4pm - 11:45pm. Interviewer read a standard list of questions and took notes. Interviewer didnt seem familiar with industry, job, or business and asked how to spell several words when providing information, which was in my resume. After the interview, received a survey to rate the interview, and asked to select the interviewers name (multiple choice); however the interviewer's name was not listed as one of the choices. After returned survey, received rejection email.
