Awful candidate experience. Spent 8 hours on multiple phone interviews and onsite interviews. They are totally disorganized and HR is clueless. Then they give you a bunch of tests to see if you fit in. No thanks.

Lots of basic questions that anyone could answer. Nothing challenging.
Ask tons of questions but polite. There were questions related to the health care industry but then there were many general industry standard questions. Questions like what are your strengths and what are your weaknesses. There were total of three sets of interview and ended with the senior most person who was the boss of the hiring manager.
