Interview
I must be a glutton for punishment because I interviewed for 3 separate positions and 3 distinctly different but all bad experiences.
- First job (Decision Support Analyst): interview was set up by an outside vendor in Philly, generic interview, she says we'll let you know. Didn't hear back for a month, called/emailed her 3 times over a couple month span, never responded to any of my emails!
- Second job (Consumer Analytics): interview was with an actual technical manager and was a nice conversation. Waited over a month, emailed to ask my status, she said to wait longer. Repeat a month later. Another month later, I randomly get an automated "interview process survey" that they say won't affect your opportunity. I said how displeased I was with the communication and LITERALLY a few hours later got an automated reply saying I was passed over for the position. What coincidental timing!
- Third job (Decision Support Analyst again): Was contacted via automated email to set up an interview time. Called by a 3rd party company, another generic interview. That was nearly two months ago, no response, and I realized I have no one to contact to even ask about my status.
Truly stunning incompetence and lack of communication. I have no idea how they actually hire anyone.

Interview
Interviewer was late and did not set direction. Poor manager. I left feeling very unprepared. I don’t know what else to say. It was not great. That was it. Okay that was it.
Timely, informative process. Great website that communicated each step along the way, so I knew what to expect. I had no concerns throughout the whole process. Benefits discussed openly. If there was one thing I would change, it would be be no video component
