A talent recruiter found my resume and provided it to Hikma and despite they used an old resume (3 years) I got a phone to set up an in-person interview. The place was a little hard to find because I wasn't provided with good directions so I was a few minutes late. Not the best first impression. I called the hiring manager and he completely understood. The interview didnt have many questions. I provided my most recent resume and he asked a couple of questions like what do I do at my current job and why I was leaving, just the basic stuff. He also asked if I knew how to read schematics, as indicated on my resume. It has been a few years since I had to look at schematics but the information was instilled in me from the military. My interviewer took me on a tour of the plant, explained what they did, and what I will be doing. During the tour he just asked me if this is something that I would enjoy doing. I was a bit concerned during the whole process of the interview because he really didnt ask me many questions so I thought I didnt have a chance to sell myself. I was appose to have an interview with HR, as well (to discuss salary, benefits, etc.), but they were busy doing employee reviews. Despite that I felt like I wasnt given much a chance to explain why I would be a good fit to the company, I guess he was impressed and I was offered the position a week and a half later.
