I applied online through Indeed and recieved a call a few days later. An interview was set, and then the morning of the interview the hiring manager had to reschedule. We rescheduled for the next day. The interview was very informal, and I was given a tour of their facility. I was given a bunch of paperwork to fill out and was told he had a couple more interviews to conduct but that he really liked me and he would make a decision in about a week. I filled out the paperwork and returned it to the office and sent a thank you email. I recieved a response to my thank you email (good sign), and followed up a week later. And then again a week after that. Not even as much as a, "We choose someone else". Total lack of professionalism and respect for people's time and effort.
