Interview
Found Hillstone at a career fair and then gave a representative my resume. Was called in for an interview, at the Hillstone restaurant. Spent an hour discussing my interest in Hillstone, the things on my resume and how I felt they would apply well to a position with Hillstone. Woman was very friendly and easy to talk to.
Because of scheduling conflicts I wasn't able to return for my callback interview for a few weeks. Met with another HR representative (woman). This interview was a bit more difficult, first she asked about why I see my career path aligned with Hillstone. Then I talked for about an hour, answering questions and talking about my experiences.
At the end they had me take a Wonderlic Test.

I had a call and two interviews. I didn't get the job, but the hiring managers were super respectful and fair! The interviews were conducted over Zoom, and if they were to go through with me, I would meet them at their office for a safe, in-person meeting.
