The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Hillstone Restaurant Group (Liberty, MO) in Jan 2016
Interview
First interview was short and sweet. Asked to come back and interview with other hiring manager and general manager. During the second interview, I also took a personality test and competency test. At the end (after an hour of interviewing and quizzing) they told me that I would "make a great fit for their serving team" and I just needed to complete some background info and have a quick Skype interview and I would be all finished. Assuming I had the job, I turned in my notice at my current job, I stopped searching for other jobs and even didn't go to other job interviews.. Then after Skype interview I didn't get the job. Lesson learned on my part, but I wanted to share my experience with others so they didn't make the same mistake I did!
