I applied in-person. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Hillstone Restaurant Group (New York, NY) in Jun 2016
Interview
The interview process was very arduous. You have to take an IQ test, you have to take a personality test, you also have to meet with about three or four people the first time you go. Then you will have another interview, a skype interview, and a trial night working at the restaurant. You also have to take a test everyday for your first five days before you receive full pay and before you are on the staff. All in all it is a very difficult interviewing process, but that is why Hillstone is the best in the business. They run an incredibly tight ship, that can be very catty and corporate, but it is a good paying job if you can stay afloat.

Interview
You have to go through two interviews, sometimes three. One with the GM and then one with the CFO/CEO of Hillstone via zoom. If they don’t offer you the job on the first interview you didn’t get hired. They always say they will call you back but they won’t.
